If you want to cours a particular order, use the character to divide the number and the descriptor. You can almost use this book in place of a human coach if you can find stronger players to review your slow games. I have only been about a third of the way through the book, but it is on a par with the first one, though I prefer the first one.
It is a pity that they have not reissued this book with the kind of layout that characterizes Lev Alburt’s other books, like his book on the pirc Pirc Alert!: Fromper, do you know the intended level for this book?

Pirc Alert was way over my head curse I looked at it but it was a really good book. Another example he gives is – Black has pawns on f3 and g3 – white has a rook on h1. It is very dense, full of examples, and has a good approach for teaching each lesson. Comprehensive Chess Course 2. This is easier than the Pocket book which I have gone through several times.

Chess Training Pocket Book is one of the best books out there for the to player. In some cases, as with Chronicles of Narniadisagreements about order necessitate the creation of more than one series.
