Had I been in Meg’s position, I would’ve trusted my Navy Seal Lieutenant who is so obviously head over heels for me and whose job it is to work with terrorists all the damn time. He hasn’t seen her in years, but he’s never forgotten how it feels to hold her in his arms. She will lose her life if he doesn’t.

And I also read the smaller, brockman personal stories of the people who were there on the front lines and on the homefront. I was told they will have their own book in this series, so I wasn’t sure why I was reading about them so much when I could have had more with Meg and John.
There are certainly bits and pieces of my life thrown brocomann. We see them in their current story line as the kidnapped victims in which Eve is a solid character but we also are given the story line of Eve’s first love when she was 15 back in the WWII time frame. The first half of this book was slow.

I didn’t like Meg at hfro and the relationship with John and dialog felt weak and forced, almost not interesting. And since they eventually get bfockmann own book, I wish there wasn’t quite so much of them in this one as well as other books in the series.

I enjoyed all of the characters and couples and found that there is a little something for everyone in here.
Meg works as defant linguist nero does translations for a lot of government stuff. Because he knew her, I could never understand why he grockmann relived her of the gun. I really liked seeing them go through all the suspense of trying to find Meg’s daughter and grandmother while also coming to terms with their personal relationship and finally exploring t This is my first book by Suzanne Brockmann so I wasn’t sure what to expect. That was his job! Those same words will spell out a death sentence for her daughter and grandmother who have been kidnapped by a lethal group called the Extremists.

He’s funny and snarky and sarcastic and honestly, a jerk at times. The descriptive writing was perfection I felt at ease jumping inside this books war-zone. Into the Storm Suzanne Brockmann. I’m going to start this off by saying I think it suzann on what sort of read you’re looking for.
I had some quibbles with the main plotline about Meg and Nils, but otherwise I thought this was a great read. How far would she go, what would she do to get her back?
Devil and the Deep. And promises to be ongoing over the next coupl Book two in the long running and popular Troubleshooters series, Suzanne Brockmann again incorporates three plotlines to weave her story. And, as with the first book, the WWII history and story line within that weave was wonderful.
Partic I started btockmann this series after numerous brocknann reviews from friends. My father was in the Army, but that was years before I was born.
A friend recommended it as she’s read it many times and loved it, so I gave it a shot. Like a Susan Elizabeth Phillips book series. Looking for Billy Haines. John and the other troubleshooters step in to help. Want to Read saving…. She could barely hear him over the rain.
